Yes! We ship worldwide. All international orders are shipped via DHL. All custom forms, duties, and import taxes are taken care at checkout to ensure delivery.

We accept international returns, however, we do not provide a return label.

Vintage goods are shipped out the same or the next day.

Our SNAG Releases are made to order, so these items take anywhere from 1-3 days for production before shipping.

Custom Orders take roughly 1 week for a sample followed by 1-2 weeks for bulk production. Contact us for rush orders & expedited shipping and we can try and meet your deadline.

We send out an order confirmation email as well as a shipping email when your items are mailed. If you did not receive either, please contact us to confirm you entered the correct email address.

All of our domestic orders are shipped via USPS. First Class / USPS Ground Advantage orders are the cheapest option and take 5-7 days from shipment to delivery. USPS Priority orders take 2-4 days from shipment to delivery.

International orders are shipped via DHL and take anywhere from 3-4 days via Worldwide to 10-21 days via e-Commerce Direct.

Absolutely. We'd never disrespect a hat by shipping it in a poly mailer.

Of course. Hats can be weird. Not every hat will fit how you'd like. Same with clothing. Our vintage item return policy lasts 14 days. Our SNAG Designs return policy lasts 30 days- just make sure to leave on the original tags.

First, we're sorry. Our items are made in-house and every now and then a damaged item may slip through our quality check. Please let us know and we'll make it right.

We like to say "pre-loved." Yes, a majority of our vintage items have been worn before. While some are deadstock (old, but never been worn stock), the rest are cleaned before selling.

Yes, we clean any vintage items that have wear condition. Occasionally with worn vintage items, we're unable to remove all stains and blemishes.

Our hat hunters scour the depths of the internet and hundreds of thrift stores all over the world to find the best of the best. We’re like the Indiana Jones’ of hats.

We embroider / decorate our SNAG designs in-house at our Denver warehouse and studio. We have a lineup of embroidery, sewing, and printing equipment to customize hats and apparel. Our goods are decorated the day you order them by our talented crew.

It depends. Some of our designs we just make a handful of and test the market. Other best-sellers we keep around for a longer period of time. Feel free to reach out about an old specific product and we'll see what we can do.

That's our bread and butter. We have a lineup of 17 embroidery machines to create the custom embroidery design of your dreams.

Yes, we offer t-shirt and sweatshirt printing via a DTG printing process.

We removed all minimums and now offer custom one-offs or samples for those that want to see one in-hand before ordering multiples.
